- Captive Insurance Company - any corporate entity licensed by the state of Montana as a captive insurance company or risk retention group (RRG). This membership includes voting privileges. Annual Rate: $695
- Industry Service Provider - Any company that provides products or services for captive insurance programs and/or risk retention groups. This membership includes voting privileges. Annual Rate: $995
