Dana is Deputy General Counsel with Acrisure and also concurrently serves as Active Captive Management's Chief Compliance Officer. ACM is an Acrisure Agency Partner. ACM specializes in the formation and management of captive insurers. Dana has 25 years of experience in commercial and captive insurance, insurance coverage and policy forms, insurance regulation, compliance, and enterprise risk management and is a former litigator.

Prior to joining ACM, Dana was a trial attorney and coverage counsel for commercial insurance companies. She has trial experience in insurance coverage and bad faith cases. Dana has extensive experience with complex claims involving GL, excess/umbrella, E&O/D&O and cyber coverage. Dana has also provided contract drafting services and risk management counsel to corporate clients, including counsel relative to design of insurance programs, information risk management, and regulatory compliance for a variety of industries.
