Aimee Grmoljez is a Partner and Director of the Government Affairs section at Crowley Fleck, PLLP. As an experienced attorney and leader, she regularly applies her knowledge of the law, business acumen and inclusive leadership skills to share information and guidance that adds value to her clients critical business and policy decisions. Aimee delivers forward-thinking, sound and practical advice on government relations and strategic planning and policy development. She partners nationally with policy experts through the State Law Resources Network and cross- functionally with her clients’ senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders on policy matters. Aimee also is and has been on various business and non- profit boards and is active with her husband and daughters in Montana activities.

Christina joined Advantage in 2017 after 14 years with the world’s 3rd largest broker where she built and led its RRG Practice. In 6 years, she grew her clientele from zero to a portfolio of captives that together write over $3 billion of annual premium. Captives under her management are owned by entities ranging from Fortune 200 to non-profits.

Christina has been forming and managing all types of captives in various industries and domiciles. For companies that consider captives, Christina conducts feasibility studies and formation services. For companies with existing captives, Christina provides strategic review, expanded use analysis and improvement plans.

Kari has worked for the state of Montana for over twenty-five years. Since 2014, she has been with the Office of the Commissioner of Securities and Insurance, Montana State Auditor, working first in the captive insurance regulation department, later moving into a supervisory role over traditional and captive insurance company analysts, and finally accepting the Chief Examiner/Captive Coordinator position in July 2023. She obtained her BA from Baylor University and her MA from Atlantic University. She is a certified public accountant and has also obtained the certified financial examiner designation from the Society of Financial Examiners.

Christian Brito focuses his practice on national insurance regulatory and compliance matters. Christian represents a wide variety of entities in the insurance industry, including insurers, reinsurers, managing general agencies, producers, third-party administrators, and claims companies, with regulatory, transactional, corporate, and governmental affairs matters. Christian regularly advises clients on operational issues and a complete array of regulatory and compliance issues, including licensure and corporate amendment applications, business expansion initiatives, solvency and statutory accounting issues, rate and form filings, and financial and market conduct examinations.
