Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received on or before April 23, 2026, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Due to hotel and staffing commitments, all registrations and cancellations received after April 23, 2026, and all no-shows are not eligible for a refund and cannot be transferred to another/future event. However, substitutions are permitted in advance and onsite.
